The richness is tempered by the deep flavour of caramelised onions and a spicy Miyazaki sauce, all wrapped up in a warm toasty bun.

For those feeling a bit more adventurous, opt for the stronger Blue Cheese Burger! Enjoy the creamy, pungent flavours of blue cheese as it envelops the rich combo of tender grilled beef, crisp beef bacon, and well-caramelised onions — finished off with the sharp tang of a balsamic glaze.

“Having brought the signature cheese-dip burger to local foodies, we now wanted to challenge ourselves to maintain the deep indulgence of a classic cheeseburger while keeping it lean this time. Malaysian national tennis player and Pasadena Burgers ambassador, Christian Didier Chin, who sampled the Mushroom Swiss Cheeseburger, cheekily quips: “It swiss-ed up my life the first time I tried it!
